Dr. Marshall M. Windsor was born in Dallas, Texas and spent much of his early years on the farm in Boonville, Missouri; but their roots go as far back as Old Sarum Castle in Salisbury, UK. Educated at Kemper Military School and Texas A&M University, Marshall entered military service as a U.S. Army Field Artillery officer. During his time of service he recommitted his life to God and began a journey that would lead to Springfield, Missouri to attend Central Bible College. Marshall earned a Master of Divinity with a biblical language emphasis and a Doctor of Ministry in evangelism and discipleship at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary.
Marshall is an ordained Assemblies of God evangelist and served as the General Presbyter for all Assemblies of God Evangelists from 2005 to 2018. Marshall and his family have traveled extensively for over 20 years throughout the United States and overseas as well, teaching in Bible schools and ministering the Word of God to those who do not know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Marshall and his wife, Nancy, have two wonderful children and base their ministry out of Tyler, Texas today.
